These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of golojan.ng (the “Site”) operated by De-Golojan Technologies Ltd (“De-Golojan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
De-Golojan builds practical software and AI solutions including RAG for businesses in the US, UK and Africa, drawing on twelve years of software work that began in Nigeria. Our work includes SaaS and software development, IT/ICT services, AI design and training, RAG systems, and products such as Dialect Library.
1. Informational website
The Site provides general information about De-Golojan and our services and products. Content does not create a binding obligation to supply services unless we enter a separate written agreement. Product descriptions (including Dialect Library) are informational and may change.
2. Contact forms
Data submitted via contact forms or email is processed under our Privacy Policy to respond to enquiries. A Privacy Policy link must appear beside contact forms. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site unlawfully; attempt unauthorised access; disrupt the Site; introduce malware; scrape content systematically without permission; misrepresent your identity; or send spam. We may suspend access for breach.
4. Intellectual property
Site content and branding (except third-party materials) are owned by or licensed to De-Golojan. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, modifying, or distributing Site content without prior written consent is prohibited except as allowed by law. Product names including Dialect Library remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Third-party links
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Site.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, De-Golojan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred thousand Nigerian Naira (NGN 100,000), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to mandatory protections that cannot be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, and the contracting party is De-Golojan Technologies Ltd.
11. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, are the entire agreement regarding the Site (separate agreements cover contracted services). We may assign these Terms in a corporate transaction.
